We recognize unexpected things can occur in the building process and we are well positioned to handle whatever comes up.  That is why you will never have to wait to talk to us. Call us any time any day and we will be there for you, in person.

This focus on customer satisfaction for the long term has built for us a reputation for dependability that we carefully guard with actions - not words.

Customer Service Benchmarks

  • Our customer service is in house, not outsourced.
  • Lead time is usually 24 hours.
  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Regular calls are scheduled from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Emergency service handles any emergencies outside of those time periods.
  • We provide 30 minute notice to the homeowner.
  • Customer Service Representatives are in the office 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Phones go to voice mail during the off hours with a number for homeowners and builders to call with emergencies.
  • Current average hold time for Customer Service Department is less than 30 seconds.

Customer provided information on warranty

L&S Mechanical will provide a warranty on plumbing systems at no cost for a period of 12 months from closing.  In addition we will also provide stoppage assistance for 30 days after the customer moves in for an added convenience. Any additional manufacturer's warranty or extended terms will be honored and facilitated through our customer service department per request.
