Winter Storm

We are experiencing a high volume of calls due to the current weather conditions. We will not be returning voicemails inquiring about frozen waterlines at this time. We are dispatching emergencies for very few issues such as mainline stoppages, urgent water leaks and no heat to home with power. If you have frozen waterline, this would not be considered an emergency and there is nothing we can do to expedite the thawing process. The symptoms of a frozen pipe would be little to no water coming out one or multiple fixtures. It can be on just the cold side or just the hot side or both. We encourage you to leave your faucets on at a slight drip even if you currently don’t have water to it.
