Employees have access to the most current information through a many different of avenues including web based learning platforms and trade specific trainers at each location. Instructor-led trainings at each location happen regularly.
We also offer internships to high school and college students who have a desire to get on board with an industry leading company. It's nice to work for people who understand the importance of family. I have witnessed the company and the individuals that work for it come together to help another employee in need. When times were tough they never cut our benefits. They continues to pay the majority share of the employees' health care premiums and still matched the 401 K up to 3%. By that I mean this is the most organized place I've ever worked. Those companies can fall victim to the ups and downs of building trends. Those stumbling blocks experienced by other companies never affect this company in such a severe manor because there is a forward thinking approach here. And what would be deemed as a devastating blow from the economy or other factor would be just an expected development on the event horizon that was seen coming and a plan for it would be in place way in advance of it. There is a plan B and C etc. Job security due to that forward thinking and a process that is super organized are the cornerstones of a good company and what I like in an employer.
