Is this the kind of work you want to do?
- Support end users in multiple locations with solutions to common and unique challenges to their computer related issues
- Collaborate with software and hardware companies to identify and resolve high-level support problems
- Maintain and manage Active Directory users, mailboxes, security and permissions
- Configure software and deploy workstations and peripherals for new users
Do you meet these requirements?
- 2+ years’ experience in desktop support required
- Demonstrated capability utilizing computer applications such as Office365, Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2019, MS SQL, iPhone/iPad/iOS and Basic TCP/IP networking including WIFI, some programming/scripting experience.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position – viewing computer screens, stooping, bending, crouching, sitting, reaching, able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 25 pounds and pushing and pulling of objects
- Flexibility for occasional travel within Texas
